Training Program Format

Duration

5-day intensive program. Sessions typically run 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM daily, Monday to Friday or spread across two weekends.

Format

Live online via Google Meet (attend from anywhere in India) or in-person at our Dhanori, Pune centre when available.

Batch Size

Maximum 12 participants per training batch — ensuring personal guidance and sufficient practice time for each trainee.

Certificate

Participants receive an ExcelKidsHub Certificate of Completion in Phonics Teaching Methodology upon successfully finishing the program.

Do I need a teaching background to join?

No. The training is open to teachers, tutors, and parents. A love of children and a commitment to learning is all that is required. Swati will guide you through everything from basics to classroom application.

Is this a Jolly Phonics official certification?

The training follows the Jolly Phonics methodology and is led by a UK-certified Jolly Phonics trainer. Participants receive an ExcelKidsHub Certificate of Completion. For the official Jolly Learning certification, additional steps through Jolly Learning UK may be required.

Can I attend online from outside Pune?

Yes. Most of our teacher training batches are online (Google Meet). You can join from anywhere in India.

What materials do I receive?

Trainees receive session notes, a list of recommended resources, and guidance on setting up their own phonics practice. Jolly Phonics workbooks (if required) can be purchased separately.

How many seats are available per batch?

Maximum 12 participants — to ensure every trainee gets sufficient practice time and personalised feedback.
