Our 7-Day Refund Promise

We understand that choosing the right educational resource for your child is important. Our 7-day refund policy gives you the opportunity to try our digital reading platform risk-free.

This policy applies to:

• Digital Reading Level 1 subscription
• Complete Reading Bundle subscription

The free Starter plan is not eligible for refunds as it is provided at no cost.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact ExcelKidsHub within 7 calendar days of your purchase:

Please provide the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Plan purchased
• Payment ID or Order ID (from your payment confirmation)

Brief reason for refund request (this helps us improve)

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method
• The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank (typically 5-7 business days)
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

After Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed:

• Access to the refunded digital subscription will be cancelled
• Your child's progress data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe
• After 30 days, progress data may be deleted as part of our regular data management

Payment Problems

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

• Payment was deducted but access was not activated
• You appear to have been charged more than once for the same purchase
• Your payment status shows as completed but you cannot access the platform

Please contact us with your payment/order ID. ExcelKidsHub will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, including full refund if applicable.

Misuse

Refund requests involving fraud, payment abuse, or repeated misuse may be reviewed separately. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

• Multiple refund requests from the same account
• Requests made after the 7-day period
• Evidence of account sharing or unauthorised access
• Attempts to exploit the refund policy

Live Phonics Classes

This refund policy applies to digital reading subscriptions only. Live phonics classes have separate terms and conditions. For questions about live class refunds, please contact us directly.
