About ExcelKidsHub
ExcelKidsHub provides phonics education and digital reading resources for children through live classes and digital learning services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, digital reading platform, and educational services.
Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Accounts and purchases for children should be made and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above.
Parents/guardians are responsible for:
- The accuracy of information provided during registration
- Keeping account credentials secure and not sharing them
- Supervising their child's use of the platform
- All activities that occur under their account
Digital Reading Subscription
Digital Reading subscriptions provide access to the digital content and features included in the purchased plan for the applicable access period.
Important: Digital Reading subscriptions are separate from live teacher-led phonics classes. Purchasing a digital subscription does not include live classes unless specifically stated in the purchased plan.
Account Access
Users should not share their account credentials or allow unauthorised access. Each subscription is intended for use by one child to ensure accurate progress tracking. If you need access for multiple children, please create separate accounts.
Educational Content
ExcelKidsHub's books, activities, audio, website content, software, graphics and other learning materials are provided for personal educational use.
Users must not:
- Copy substantial portions of the content
- Redistribute or share content publicly
- Resell or commercially exploit the content
- Attempt to bypass subscription or access controls
- Use content for any purpose other than personal educational use
Learning Results
ExcelKidsHub provides structured phonics teaching and learning resources, but individual learning progress can vary. We do not guarantee specific academic or reading outcomes. Results depend on various factors including the child's age, consistent practice, and individual learning pace.
Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our services available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity or third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
Changes
ExcelKidsHub may improve or update its educational content, platform and features from time to time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.
Termination
Access may be suspended where there is fraud, misuse, unauthorised sharing or serious violation of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
